The T3 Team will develop and deliver a road map or, digital marketing strategy, by walking with you through your business goals and doing a thorough analysis on your competition and your customer base.

But, how do we find your customers? We’ll develop a customer value journey, looking at the products and services you offer and the ways your customers flow through your business proposition. We will develop a plan to increase sales and increase the chance they will come back for more – all arrows should point them to your business.

We’ll also provide you a list of suggested tools and an execution strategy which puts you back behind the wheel and in control of the direction of your business

Our Process

Discovery: 4-6 hour meeting. We come to you, take you through our Road Mapping process to collect details about your business, competition, and goals. If we can’t be there in person (maybe you’re in Antarctica?), we can meet via video conference.

T3 crunches the data, taking all of your information through our Road Mapping System. We review your competition and compare your metrics against there’s so you know where you stand today and the potential market share your can gain.

We come back to you with a customized and highly detailed strategy road map showing you where you are today, where you need to be heading to hit your goals and how to get ahead of your competition, with suggested tools and resources. We take time to answer your questions in case anything is unclear and then, you are on your way!
